Double veggie mac & fries

  • 8 quorn burgers
  • Ketchup
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 seeded burger buns
  • 500g skin-on wedges


  • 1. Add the potato wedges to a foiled baking tray folding up the foil at half the pan and place the burgers at the other end.
  • 2. Place in a pre-heated oven at 190c for 25 mins turning the wedges and burgers regularly.
  • 3. Add the burgers to the buns with a layer of lettuce and ketchup in between each burger and top with the bun lid.
  • 4. Simply serve with wedges.
