Kimchi hummus dip

Chickpeas are a slow releasing carbohydrate and a great source of fibre and protein!

Serves: 4
Time: 15 minutes


  • 750g of chickpeas in water
  • 215g of kimchi
  • 40ml of rapeseed oil
  • 2g of garlic puree
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 100g of tahini paste
  • 15ml of lemon juice
  • Crackers or bread of choice


  • 1. Drain and use 100g of the chickpeas, 10ml of oil and 50g of kimchi to mix together. Leave covered in a mixing bowl for later
  • 2. Combine the remainder of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • 3. Spoon into pots of your choice
  • 4. Top with equal amounts of the chickpea mix and serve with crackers or bread of choice
