Passionfruit cheesecakes

An easy to make dessert filled with fruity flavour!

10 mini cheesecakes
Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 400g of cheesecake filling mix
  • 100ml of passionfruit purée
  • Rasperries to top
  • Lotus biscoff 
  • Mini marshmallows 
  • Chocolate to garnish

Method

1. Make the cheesecake mix as per instructions on pack and allow to chill

2. Take a piping bag with star nozzle and drizzle the passion fruit purée around the inside of the bag (down the sides)

3. Whisk up the cheesecake mix and fill the bag, then pipe into your chosen pots

4. Top with fresh raspberries, a little of the biscoff crumb, more passion fruit purée, toasted mini marshmallows and add a nice touch to it by adding a chocolate garnish
